Dangerous Surrender - What Happens When You Say Yes to God
Kay Warren
From Julie: This book is actually about Kay's call to the reality of AIDS; however, she and Rick lost their son, Matthew, to suicide in 2013. I have read, re-read and listened to this book on tape over and over. When God says, "I want to use you," you can bet it is for something much bigger than you. It begins a struggle, first to avoid God's call and then to surrender to Him; a dangerous surrender. Whether administering help to those stricken with AIDS or mental illness, the bottom line is surrender, and with that surrender you will never want to turn back. This book has be a great blessing to me.
